AQUACULTURE SUBSCOPES
SeafoodFarms.com has passed examinations and is cleared to audit to GlobalG.A.P (EUREPGAP) aquaculture standards. The GAP stands for Good Agriculture or Aquaculture
Practices. We can provide consultation on GlobalG.A.P standards including: General Regulations, All Farm and Aquaculture
Base Modules, Risk Assessment on Social Practice (GRASP), as well as Chain of Custody for finfish, crustaceans and molluscs
based on recently released v.4 standards,
HACCP Guidance
Our
consulting team has professional training in Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) for wild and farm-raised seafood
products. We provide consultation in Pre-Requisite Programs (i.e., Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP), current Good Management Practices (GMP),
identifying significant hazards, setting critical control points, critical limits, establishing corrective actions,
scientific validation of CCP's, auditing and monitoring verification and establishing monitoring records
for cooked and raw seafood products.
