Mr. Scott ZimmermanManaging Director Mr. Zimmerman has ten years of education and experience in aquaculture and seafood safety. After finishing
a Masters Degree in Applied Science from James Cook University in Queensland, Australia, he completed several certificate
programs including lead auditor training in ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management Systems and evaluator training for hatcheries,
farms and processing plants with the Aquaculture Certification Council. Mr.
Zimmerman is certified by GlobalG.A.P, for tilapia, shrimp, pangasius and salmonids (current aquaculture sub-scopes). GlobalG.A.P
is a private sector body that sets voluntary standards for the certification of agricultural products around the globe. Mr.
Zimmerman also certified by the United States Department of Commerce (USDC)/ National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration
(NOAA). in Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) food safety systems. In addition to Mr. Zimmerman’s formal
