Managing Director

Mr. Zimmerman has ten years of education and experience in aquaculture and seafood safety. After finishing a Masters Degree in Applied Science from James Cook University in Queensland, Australia, he completed several certificate programs including lead auditor training in ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management Systems and evaluator training for hatcheries, farms and processing plants with the Aquaculture Certification Council.

Mr. Zimmerman is certified by GlobalG.A.P, for tilapia, shrimp, pangasius and salmonids (current aquaculture sub-scopes). GlobalG.A.P is a private sector body that sets voluntary standards for the certification of agricultural products around the globe. Mr. Zimmerman also certified by the United States Department of Commerce (USDC)/ National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). in Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) food safety systems. In addition to Mr. Zimmerman’s formal training, he has participated in over ten internationally recognized seafood industry related conferences and events.

Mrs. Gonzalez holds two specialized degrees in business administration and international finance management, both from the University of Miami (FL). She brings 15 years of corporate accounting experience to our consulting firm. Mrs. Gonzalez specializes in projecting financial reports and balancing budgets.
